Dermal fillers have a high viscosity and contain small particles that make injections more difficult. Regular needles can easily get occluded. To prevent this TSK has developed special dermal filler needles that have an ULTRA Thin Wall that increases the inner diameter of a 27G needle up to 24% and the inner diameter of a 30G needle up to 17%. The ULTRA Thin Wall technology in combination with the extremely hard polymer preventing flexing of the hub when exposed to high pressures which ultimately prevents leakage and needle pop-off.
